Grabbing and throwing an enemy into another enemy Grabbing and throwing an enemy off a ledge. The list of skills you have to use in one encounter are: So if there are lots of these enemies, make sure to quickly dash to another unshielded one or quickly tap to keep up the hits.įor this trophy you do not have to have MAXED out all the skills, just got to about lvl 20 where you have unlocked all the basic set of moves. Note: One thing to note with this is that hitting the shields of the shielded enemies doesn’t actually count as a hit, nor does pulling shields with the hook. If you are finding it hard to keep the combo going then feel free to use the power of the void sword as it increases your movement and hit speed, along with trying to hook enemies as this keeps the combo going. My advice for this is to keep using dash to quickly move between enemies and avoid damage, paying attention to any enemies with the exclamation marks over their heads (as that means they are about to attack and you need to counter), along with staying out of any area of effect circle which could damage you. You will find this easier in the later playthroughs as there will be more tougher enemies which take more hits (as you don’t have to kill them to keep the combo it’s just hits), and you will have more skills to use to avoid damage, such as dash and general increased speed. Step 3: This is the cleanup step to go after any more misc trophies/ kill trophies you haven’t received, and or Sword Fu by grinding out levels after all the endings.Ĭombos in this game are basically hitting enemies in a small time window without getting hit yourself (denoted by a X number, and wheel ticking down on the left hand corner of your screen during combat). This this step you should earn these kill related trophies: For more information about why see the Sword Fu Master trophy description.ĭuring this step you will earn these story/collectibles/ level trophies: Remember if you want to make it easier on yourself for Sword Fu Master then you must leave these endings till last:Īlong with trying to get the most exp from combat as possible by getting high combos, not getting hit and using all the skills at your disposal. In order to get all these endings see the trophy description for Bookworm for the choices required. This is because if left till very late (after you gain the insta-kill skill and have level 3 swords) you will find it harder to build combos/ use skills on enemies, since the Ravens will die quicker ending the combat faster. Once starting this step, try to get Old Fox New Tricks and C-C-C-C-Combo Breaker as soon as you are the right level to get all the skills at about level 20. We also advise opening as many chests as you come across and exploring as much as you can to gain materials and initiate combat more frequently so that you reduce the level grind at the end, which is the longest trophy. Step 2: This will the longest step in your road to platting the game, and requires you to play through the game 24 more times to receive all the available endings/truth’s, and get all the combat related trophies. Taking care of yourself (as this is easier at the very beginning of the game) (if you wish to be very efficient and are not worried about spoilers, then you can move on to Step 2 straight away). However I do advise trying to go for the trophy Taking care of yourself, which requires doing a chapter without taking damage, as during your first playthrough the enemies are weaker and have no area of effect attacks. Step 1: Play through the game from start to finish making any choices you want, basically just enjoy the game and get a feel for it! The story not only changes each time, but so do enemy types as you progressively get stronger and more paths are available to you. Stories: The Path of Destinies is a simple top down RPG in a very vibrant world, where you make all the choices.
